Products
Pieces are handmade and may have small variations. Product descriptions, materials, prices and estimated making times are displayed on the relevant product page.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted after successful payment through Stripe. Availability and prices are checked again when checkout begins. We may contact you using the details supplied at checkout when needed to fulfil the order.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order items are paid in advance. The displayed lead time is an estimate; we will communicate material delays. Ready-stock items bought in the same order are held and shipped with the completed pieces.
Business identity, cancellations and liability
The legal seller name, registered address, applicable cancellation rights, warranty language and liability terms must be inserted here following review for the countries served.
